The questionnaire, scoring logic, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Tilt and Advantage Fintech Private Limited.

Users must not use Advantage Fintech’s and Tilt’s trademarks or logos without prior written consent.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Advantage Fintech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of Tilt.

Tilt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 Termination

Non-payment of subscription fees 7 days after the due date will result in the account being made inactive. Data will be retained for 3 months after inactivity, after which the account will be deleted.

7.2 Consequences

Upon termination or suspension, users will no longer be able to access data in Tilt and their logins will be terminated.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, India.
